About the role

Our client, a leading organization in enterprise technology and human capital management, is seeking an Oracle Cloud Payroll functional consultant to join their team. As an Oracle Cloud Payroll functional consultant, you will be part of the HCM Transformation team supporting Oracle Cloud Payroll delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong solution leadership, deep Oracle Cloud Payroll functional expertise, and the ability to drive end-to-end go-live readiness, which will align successfully in the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Cloud Payroll solution design, governance, and deployment activities across full-cycle implementations and go-lives.
• Own core payroll configuration and leading practices, including Payroll Definitions, Enterprise Structures (PSUs), Tax Structures (TRUs), Worker Payroll Structures (Payroll Relationships), and Payroll Elements (Earnings and Deductions).
