About the Role

Join TEAM Referral Network, a diverse and collaborative community of entrepreneurs focused on referral and relationship marketing. As a member, you'll be the only business of your kind in your local chapter, leveraging an exclusive-category structure to build trust and generate referrals.

TEAM combines face-to-face and online networking to help you grow your business through structured opportunities to connect, build relationships, and receive referrals. Our mission is to provide an environment where small business owners, entrepreneurs, sales professionals, and independent contractors can develop top-performing relationship-building skills to achieve their maximum potential.

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly chapter meetings, including delivering a one-minute commercial about your business (covering who you are, what you do, the best type of referral, and a call-to-action).
• Give a ten-minute presentation about your business several times a year to educate other members on how to refer business to you.
• Engage in one-on-one coaching sessions with other members to build professional and personal relationships and identify mutual referral opportunities.
• Apply network training techniques and skill-building strategies to improve your ability to communicate and secure high-quality referrals.
• Participate in TEAM’s "Community Outreach" program to give back through partnership opportunities.
