Ophthalmology Physician

About the role

We are seeking a Full-Time Retina Ophthalmologist with fellowship training to provide specialized ophthalmic care focused on the retina at our single-location clinic.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert retina care, including managing retina drug injections
• Collaborate with part-time physicians working 1-2 days weekly
• Support the transition as the retiring physician reduces activity
• Contribute to the growth and efficiency of the clinic
• Participate in patient management and practice growth initiatives

Requirements

• Fellowship-trained in Retina Ophthalmology
• Experienced in clinical care and retina procedures
• Proven track record in ophthalmic practice

Pay

Compensation is approximately 35% of net collections, tiering up to 40%, with an opportunity for equity stake in the holding company.
