This role requires an Ophthalmology Physician to provide inpatient care with 24-hour call coverage.
Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient ophthalmologic care
- Perform procedures such as repairing ruptured globes, repairing eyelid lacerations, and removing corneal foreign bodies
- Maintain Board Certification and active North Carolina medical license
- Manage cases within the Epic electronic medical records system
- Complete credentialing within 30-60 days
Requirements
- Board Certified in Ophthalmology
- Active North Carolina medical license
- Experience with Epic electronic medical records (preferred)
