About the role

We are seeking a board-certified General Ophthalmologist to join a physician-led organization in Central California. The role involves seeing approximately 15–16 patients per half-day clinic and performing 7–14 OR cases daily, with a low-intensity call schedule (1:6) and minimal overnight disruptions.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic testing in-clinic
• Conduct cataract surgeries
• Administer injections
• Manage a diverse case mix with subspecialty support in retina, glaucoma, and oculoplastics
• Participate in clinical interests
• Contribute to team efforts

Qualifications

• Board certification in Ophthalmology
• Clinical expertise in ophthalmology
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
