About the Role

• Access in-clinic diagnostic testing with full subspecialty support for retina, glaucoma, and oculoplastics.
• Perform injections, cataract surgery, and a broad case mix with flexibility to pursue clinical interests.
• See 15–16 patients per half clinic day; aim for 7 OR cases per half day (14 for a full day).
• Share a low-intensity 1:6 call schedule with rare overnight disruptions.
• Earn additional PTO or pay when called in during scheduled call shifts.
• Choose between 8- or 9-hour clinic days with built-in charting time and monthly day-off accrual.
