About the Role
A board-certified General Ophthalmologist is sought to join a physician-led organization in Central California. This role involves providing comprehensive eye care with access to in-clinic diagnostic testing and subspecialty support in retina, glaucoma, and oculoplastics.
Responsibilities
- Perform injections, cataract surgeries, and manage a diverse case mix with clinical flexibility
- See approximately 15–16 patients per half clinic day and complete 7 OR cases per half day
- Share a low-intensity 1:6 call schedule with minimal overnight disruptions
- Receive additional compensation for on-call duties
Qualifications & Skills
- Board certification in ophthalmology
- Strong clinical skills in medical and surgical eye care
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
