Responsibilities Include Providing in-clinic diagnostic testing with subspecialty support in retina, glaucoma, and oculoplasticsPerforming injections, cataract surgeries, and managing a broad case mixSeeing approximately 15–16 patients per half-day clinic and completing 7–14 OR cases dailySharing a low-intensity call schedule (1:6) with rare overnight disruptionsParticipating in clinical interests with flexibility in clinic hours and built-in charting timeReceiving additional pay or PTO for on-call duties Qualifications & Skills: Board certification in ophthalmology, ability to perform surgical procedures, and a commitment to patient care.
