About the Role

Seeking a board-certified General Ophthalmologist to provide comprehensive eye care in a physician-led organization. The role involves performing diagnostics, injections, cataract surgeries, and managing a diverse case mix with subspecialty support in retina, glaucoma, and oculoplastics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-clinic diagnostic testing and treat patients with a low call schedule (1:6).
• Perform surgical procedures, including cataracts and injections.
• Manage a patient volume of 15–16 patients per half-day clinic and 7 OR cases per half-day.
• Offer clinical flexibility, pursue subspecialty interests, and contribute to a collaborative healthcare environment.
• Participate in community engagement within a vibrant California city.

Requirements

• Board certification in Ophthalmology.
• Strong surgical skills and experience with diagnostic testing.
• Ability to manage a broad case mix and work well in a team.
• Excellent patient care and communication skills.
