Operator Level II (Cut and Coil) / 2nd Shift

About the role

We have an immediate opportunity for a Production Operator to join our diverse team in Mountain Home, Arkansas. The Production Operator operates production equipment to manufacture hydraulic hoses. This position reports to the shift Manufacturing Supervisor and is a 2nd Shift role, Monday through Friday from 2:45 pm to 11:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Extruder Operator – Extruding rubber tube and/or extruding cover of rubber around braided hose
• Braider Operator – Creating braided hose from rubber tube
• RMF – Various operations surrounding the mixing, blending, and milling of rubber used in the manufacture of hydraulic hose
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment through effective housekeeping, 5S, and TPM practices

Job performance measures include safety, quality, inventory, on-time delivery, and productivity.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• One year or more of manufacturing experience preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work successfully in a team environment
