About the role
The Operator - Forming position is responsible for operating machinery and equipment to form metal parts according to specifications.
Responsibilities
- Operate forming machines and equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor production processes and adjust settings as necessary
- Ensure quality control standards are met
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related manufacturing experience
- Basic understanding of metalworking processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong mechanical aptitude
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
