About the role

We are seeking an Operator - Gluing position in our Richmond, VA location. This is a day shift position.

Responsibilities

• Operate gluing machines to adhere materials together accurately and efficiently.
• Inspect work for quality and make adjustments as necessary.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and procedures.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

• Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
