Responsibilities
- Monitor all systems during production and downtime events
- Computer software understanding
- Accurately record downtime events
- Maintain housekeeping in Forming, Dryer and Pit areas
- Starting/Stopping PM for safety and quality reason, as well as general production
- Proactively find/eliminate sources of defects and contamination
- Communicate with team members as needed, including a shift hand-off with previous and oncoming operator on shift review and planning
- Monitor chemicals in mix kitchen and AC units
- Change filters related to AC units
- Change latex filters and monitor spray bars
- Monitor water treatment systems
- Conduct machine walkthrough 2-3 times per shift
- Provide assistance with dry waste tasks, as time permits
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 1-3 years manufacturing experience (preferred)
- Knowledge and experience with GMP principles
