What You'll Do

  • Manage and execute ATC's Initial Training Program structure, schedule, curriculum, and qualification pathway.
  • Cook up classroom training, simulator-based training activities, and on-the-job training progression.
  • Deliver technical instruction and provide coaching and feedback.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for on-the-job training and mentoring programs.
  • Support regulatory compliance requirements, including NERC standards, the Systematic Approach to Training, and PER-005.

What You'll Bring

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant utility operations, training, or technical instruction experience.
  • NERC System Operator Certification preferred.
  • Experience applying adult learning principles in classroom, simulator, and on-the-job training programs preferred.

Pay

The targeted base pay for this position is $137,900 to $160,900 annually.
