Technical Operations Trainer

About the role

Our client, a leading autonomous vehicle technology company, is seeking a Technical Operations Trainer to join their team. As a Technical Operations Trainer, you will be part of the Mission Control department supporting Mission Readiness operators, Training Supervisors, Project Managers, and functional managers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and excellent problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training and coaching to new and experienced operators through classroom facilitation, demonstrations, and hands-on instruction.
• Evaluate operator performance through assessments, audits, and daily feedback reviews to identify training needs.
• Provide constructive feedback and training recommendations to learners, supervisors, and stakeholders.
• Assist with training curriculum improvements and training material updates to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Training Supervisors and operational leaders to maintain proficiency with standardized operating procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the autonomous vehicle, transportation, or technology industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively train and mentor others.
• Proven problem-solving skills and experience working in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and maintain a flexible schedule to support training activities.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening.
