Operations Team Lead - 1st shift (Print on Demand)
Ingram Content Group (ICG) is seeking an Operations Team Lead to contribute to our Operations team in Roseburg, OR. This role supports all operational and administrative activities required to run a major production environment, serving as the lead person overseeing department or activity workflow and acting in a leadership capacity in the absence of the Supervisor. Responsibilities
- Trains and develops hourly associates.
- Acts as the department contact for all production systems issues and questions.
- Provides direction and leadership to associates.
- Identifies, communicates, and ensures all quality and productivity standards are met within the department.
- Researches issues, problems, or concerns and recommends solutions.
- Meets customer requests, deadlines, commitments, and quality standards in a timely manner.
- Plans and coordinates work activities, overseeing hourly associates to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
- Coordinates with other departments on workflow activities.
- Assists in administering policy and payroll activities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-year experience with PC-based applications.
- 1 year of work experience in a warehouse operations environment.
- 6 months of work experience involving physical tasks such as walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, and typing/keyboard use.

Pay
$24.00 and up, depending on experience.
Schedule
Wednesday – Saturday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with possible overtime.
