About the role
The role serves as a key point of contact for both internal and external customers, providing administrative and operational support across multiple departments. This includes supporting customers, sales representatives, production teams, and other internal departments. The ideal candidate will handle customer orders, inquiries, and requests, coordinate logistics, schedule, and communicate between departments, maintain accurate records, monitor order status, and assist with inventory, purchasing, reporting, and administrative functions.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional support to customers, sales representatives, production teams, and other internal departments.
- Process customer orders, inquiries, and requests accurately and efficiently.
- Cook up logistics, scheduling, and communication between departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and data within company systems.
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates or resolve issues as they arise.
- Aid with inventory, purchasing, reporting, and administrative functions as needed.
- Prioritize tasks and respond with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and share ideas to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall operations.
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude while managing multiple responsibilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, operations support, logistics, manufacturing administration, or a related field preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams).
- Experience working with ERP systems or order processing software is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
- A strong customer-service mindset.
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.

Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
