Operations Support Specialist
About the Role
TruTeam is seeking an energetic operational support professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats to manage a busy branch office. This role is ideal for a reliable, well-organized individual who can handle day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management. You will support various functions, including purchasing, accounting, credit/collections, IT, HR administration, and employee relations.
Responsibilities
- Manage records and information.
- Perform accounting and/or financial analysis.
- Monitor credit and collections activities.
- Manage daily conversion of quotes to work orders.
- Review and approve vendor invoices.
- Provide HR administrative assistance to management teams.
- Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication.
- Perform general office tasks (e.g., replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties).
- Any other duty, task, or responsibility as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
- Previous experience in administrative services or related fields.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Physical Requirements
This role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength are necessary. The position may involve lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on specific job duties.
Travel Requirements
Local travel required, less than 10%.

Pay
Compensation range: $13.00 – $30.00 per hour. Actual offers depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also include variable compensation.
