The Operations Supervisor at Oahu Rentals is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing staff.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of customer service
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor inventory levels and make restocking decisions as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and improve efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with inventory management systems
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
