We are looking to add a full-time Supervisor, Inbound & Outbound Operations to oversee onsite inbound and outbound operations at DTLA locations. This role oversees the Receiving, Shipping, and Inventory teams. The role is responsible for implementing a process to strategically balance receiving output, communicating with studios and customer service on received items, maintaining accurate inventory levels, fulfilling customer orders, organizing inventory locations, conducting cycle counts, and upholding overall inventory accuracy. The position is also responsible for overseeing all day-to-day inbound and outbound processes, including KPIs, manager stats, timecards, shipping, vendor relationships, and replenishing stock at retail locations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track, and analyze key performance metrics related to service volume, customer retention, and response timeliness, driving continuous improvement initiatives based on data insights.
• Provide effective leadership, mentorship, training, development, and direction to a team of specialists, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment that promotes exceptional service.
• Address escalated cases with effective remedies or solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and swift issue resolution.
• Contribute to developing efficient processes and procedures, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and customer service quality.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse, retail operations, or similar fields
• 3-5 years leading or supervising teams
• Proficiency in CRM software, ticketing systems, Google Suite, Salesforce, and RingCentral
• Demonstrated maturity, poise, and sound business judgment
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adept at finding creative solutions through effective partnerships to achieve desired business outcomes
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills, ensuring efficient management of team operations
• Proficient utilization of basic computer software and phone systems
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills
• Solution-oriented mindset, dedicated to delivering an elevated experience to both clients and employees
• Strong coaching and leadership abilities, with a talent for motivating and developing employees
• Ability to remain composed and resourceful in high-pressure situations, consistently surpassing performance quotas
• Prior experience operating a hand held device
• Prior experience product handling high end luxury goods
• Prior experience working with Single SKU inventory / knowledge

Schedule

On-site, Monday – Friday (8:30am–5:00pm) with a possibility of weekends based on business needs.

Pay

FASHIONPHILE reasonably expects the range to be at $80,000 for this position in our DTLA Location and offers an Annual Bonus Opportunity aligned to our Supervisor level. Offered compensation will vary based on (a) location; (b) individual candidate qualifications; and (c) individual candidate experience.
