Shipping & Operations Supervisor

About the role

The Shipping & Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading outbound fulfillment activities, transportation coordination, and order execution processes to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. This role focuses on improving the movement of products to customers, strengthening departmental capabilities, expanding operational ownership of order-related activities, and driving continuous improvement throughout the fulfillment process. The supervisor will collaborate closely with Customer Advocacy, Operations, Production, Sales, and Purchasing teams to improve delivery performance, increase efficiency, and support company growth.

Reports to: Director of Supply Chain Function

Responsibilities

• Logistics & Shipping Operations
  • Lead daily shipping and logistics operations to ensure on-time and accurate customer deliveries.
  • Develop and implement initiatives that improve shipping performance, reduce transit issues, and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with transportation providers to improve service and control costs.
