OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR (CONCESSIONS)

Pay Range

$18.00 to $23.00

About the Role

The Operations Supervisor (Concessions) will oversee general concessions operations, or may be assigned to a dedicated area, such as premium/catering, merchandise, or warehouse functions.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the operations of multiple concession stands, while assisting team members and maintaining a safe environment throughout operating hours
• May be assigned to a dedicated area throughout the season, such as premium/catering, merchandise, warehouse, or other key area
• Demonstrate reliable and timely attendance
• Greets, directs, and responds to guest's questions and needs
• Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing
• Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment
• Follows cash handling policies and food safety/sanitation guidelines
• Obtains / maintains all company required training and certifications, such as ServSafe Alcohol, Fork Lift training, and other programs required of the area of focus
• Performs other duties as assigned
