Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in designated areas to ensure safe and efficient service delivery
• Communicate and implement owner/landlord processes to engineering teams and contractors
• Monitor and report on SLA performance metrics and operational efficiencies
• Oversee budget planning, forecasting, and management of work orders in CMMS
• Direct staffing, performance, and development of technical teams including performance reviews
• Recruit, interview, and onboard technical staff as needed
• Support special projects and other operational duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 7 years of technical experience in building engineering with a focus on HVAC systems and refrigeration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with CMMS systems like Corrigo
• Strong organizational, management, and analytical skills necessary for performance tracking
• Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills with a customer service orientation
• Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification and a valid Driver's License required

Pay

$100,000 – $130,000 annually
