Operations Supervisor (2nd Shift)

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and clean work environment
• Conduct regular safety discussions and audits
• Complete production schedule
• Accomplish manufacturing results
• Maintain workflow
• Maintain quality service
• Resolve personnel problems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field preferred
• One to three (1 – 3) years of experience directly managing people
• Fluency in English and Spanish language preferred
• Previous experience in plastics industry preferred

Qualifications

• Proven track record of strong leadership and managerial skills
• Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of management
• Strong background in lean manufacturing
• Proficient knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (JD Edwards preferred)
