Key Responsibilities
- Select and train employees to successfully perform their job.
- Hold employees accountable to perform duties efficiently, productively, and safely.
- Mentor Team Lead to schedule production, effectively communicate, take ownership of value stream, and overall be a succession to the supervisor.
- Understand 5S and implement within the plant to reach sustainability.
- Support quality, safety and environmental policies.
- Cookordination with the various departments and ensure proper workflow through the plant.
- Makes entries into Kronos and SAP as needed.
- Responsible for maintaining union-free environment in Trenton.
- Other duties as required.
Required Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Associates Degree preferred
- Minimum: 2 years’ experience in a leadership role within manufacturing
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and mechanical skill is highly recommended.
- SAP and Kronos experience would be preferred.
- Willing to work second shift and overtime as required.

About the Role
Responsible for supporting plant production requirements and provide leadership and training to direct reports. This includes responsibility for daily production according to customer specifications, plus corporate and plant policies, procedures, and specifications. Will also monitor/reduce scrap, ensure safety of employees and assist all other functioning departments within the plant.
