Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of .com & Amazon and .com & Amazon Business Operations Manager in the execution of day-to-day eCommerce and marketplace operations
  • Assist in managing relationships with key retail, marketplace, and distribution partners to support business growth and operational efficiency
  • Monitor and maintain product catalogs, digital content, and merchandising placements across third-party retailer and marketplace websites to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards and pricing
  • Aid in coordination and support of: product launches, assortment updates, content refreshes, and promotional activations across partner sites, as needed
  • Aid with operational processes, including purchase order management, order tracking, inventory coordination, and issue resolution, when needed; for select group of .COM accounts
  • Monitor partner performance and communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of business initiatives
  • Oversee partner participation in the company's education and training programs, ensuring retailers, resellers, and partner teams are enrolled and actively engaged
  • Track completion of training modules and certifications, ensuring partners maintain the product knowledge necessary to represent and sell the brand effectively
  • Serve as a liaison between partner organizations and internal teams to address education, content, and operational needs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and customer experience teams to support business objectives and enhance partner performance
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, partner engagement, and digital shelf execution
  • Assist with additional eCommerce, marketplace, and operational projects as needed

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in retail operations, customer service, or a customer-facing business environment
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end retail buying process, including experience working with buyers, vendors, and cross-functional merchandising or commercial teams
  • Proven experience managing day-to-day retail operations, including sales support, inventory coordination, and customer experience delivery
  • Strong background in coordinating education and training initiatives, ensuring team compliance with required training programs and completion standards
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information in a clear, approachable, and customer-friendly manner
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) with a strong ability to build trust, manage relationships, and resolve customer and vendor concerns effectively
  • Experience working in fast-paced, service-driven environments with a focus on operational excellence
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage escalations and improve customer satisfaction outcomes across both direct customer support and vendor-facing service operations, including partnering with customer service teams to resolve end-customer inquiries
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Passion for customer experience, education, and delivering a high standard of service quality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and video conferencing platforms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems – comfortable with retail supply chain, DC, and replenishment ops
  • Experience with Business Intelligence reporting (such as Looker or equivalent tools) centered around key retail indicators (to build and interpret dashboards, analyze performance metrics, and support data-driven operational decisions)
  • Experience with Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) systems, used for monitoring inventory levels, supporting replenishment processes, and ensuring product availability across retail or partner channels
  • Familiarity with EDI & ASN process
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and foundational warehouse inventory processes, including stock status tracking (available, unavailable, QC hold) and SKU versioning/revisions
  • Experience in the beauty, skincare, wellness, or consumer products industry, ideally within retail, wholesale, store management, or brand-to-channel environments, is a plus
