Digital Commerce Specialist- Amazon

Job Description

The Digital Commerce Specialist will help create an exceptional Amazon shopping experience and drive the holistic site strategy using customer insights and data to tell a cohesive story.

Responsibilities

• Work with Assistant Manager on all day-to-day oversight of Amazon. This includes product catalog maintenance, onsite merchandising, and overall site monitoring
• Ensure store product offerings are optimized through sales analysis and competitive research
• Conduct store QA and work with development team to resolve any issues
• Stay up to date with emerging e-commerce trends with market research, best practices, and ensure the brand remains competitive in the online marketplace

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in an e-commerce merchandising role, preferably Amazon 1P/3P
• General understanding of Amazon platform
• Salsify experience a plus or other PIM platforms
• Basic Excel knowledge
• Knowledge of the retail or beauty industry a plus
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Education(s): Associates of Science (A.S), Bachelor of Science (B.S)
• Work Experience: Experience Range I: 0 - 2 years of relevant experience or industry exposure in a related field
• Skills: Amazon Webstore, E-Commerce, Merchandising, Microsoft Excel, Salsify Product Experience Management Platform
