About the role
The Operations Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting project management activities across various departments within the organization. This includes coordinating resources, tracking progress, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project timelines and milestones
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders
- Facilitate meetings and document project-related communications
- Oversee vendor relationships and contract management
- Prepare project reports and presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant project coordination experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
