Operations Project Coordinator

Position Summary

Vertiv is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the Switchgear and Busway product lines at the Anderson, South Carolina facility.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects supporting Switchgear and Busway product lines from quote to design through manufacturing and delivery.
• Cook up coordination with Sales, Program Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and external vendors to ensure project execution.
• Lead development and review of engineering drawings, bills of material, technical documentation, and test procedures.
• Cook up internal teams and external vendors for component sourcing and outsourced services.
• Support material planning and procurement activities to meet project schedules.
• Facilitate project meetings including design reviews and production readiness reviews.
• Track project schedules, risks, and deliverables and implement mitigation plans as needed.
• Ensure document control on Vertiv and customer platforms.
• Support factory testing, inspections, and quality checks for Switchgear and Busway assemblies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes, safety standards, and Vertiv policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical, industrial, or manufacturing environments.
• Experience managing projects related to electrical power equipment such as switchgear or busway.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and equipment specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
