Responsibilities

• Craft and conduct compelling campus tours that showcase Alpha's distinct value proposition and convert prospective families into enrolled students
• Execute a high-touch admissions strategy with personalized communication that builds lasting relationships with prospective families
• Implement and maintain rigorous safety protocols while proactively identifying and addressing potential risks
• Oversee comprehensive facilities management, including vendor relationships and maintenance scheduling, ensuring optimal learning environments
• Leverage data analytics to optimize both admissions processes and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (field open)
• Proven track record in admissions, enrollment management, or family-facing customer service
• Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated emotional intelligence and relationship-building capabilities
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking
• Self-motivated with exceptional initiative
