Safety, Security & Compliance Leadership
- Develop and implement training, policies, procedures, and programs to maintain a safe and secure work environment for the site.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), enforce quality control, and ensure all operations adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor staff. Conduct regular performance reviews and manage scheduling.
- Oversees operations to ensure that waste and production costs are minimized and there is conformance to safety and quality standards.
- Communicates performance standards to associates, recognizing and rewarding individual and team accomplishments and counseling performance problems.
- Aids in establishing the longer-term strategic plans for the plant.
- Mentors and motivates associates, providing training and development to optimize their performance and personal growth.
- Ensures all associates have the resources and capabilities to effectively accomplish their responsibilities.
Team Management and Training
- Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to team members.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are within the scope of the duties in this job classification.
