Position Summary
Initiates, directs, and participates in community outreach programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and driving the financial performance of the facility.
What you'll do...
- Encourages and supports associates and managers in serving as good members of the community.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with key individuals or groups in the community.
- Represents the company to various external organizations and champions company-sponsored programs, events, and sustainability efforts.
- Holds hourly associates accountable, analyzes and interprets reports, implements and monitors asset protection and safety controls, and maintains quality assurance standards.
- Safeguards the workplace by overseeing safety and operational reviews, developing and implementing action plans to correct deficiencies, and providing direction and guidance on executing company programs and strategic initiatives.
- Supervises and develops hourly associates in assigned areas by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, evaluating performance, providing recognition, setting clear expectations, communicating expectations consistently and effectively, and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace.
- Manages and supports customer service initiatives, ensuring customer needs, complaints, and issues are successfully resolved, and developing and implementing action plans to correct deficiencies.
- Assists the store manager in driving financial performance by ensuring sales and profit goals are achieved, reviewing and evaluating PL Profit Loss statements, controlling expenses, and participating in analyzing economic trends and community needs for budget forecasting.
- Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, identifying and communicating goals and objectives, building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results, identifying and addressing improvement opportunities, and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures by implementing related action plans, utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy, and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.
- Respects the individual by building high-performing teams, embracing differences, creating a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected through a culture of belonging, and providing opportunities for all associates to thrive and perform.

Additional Compensation
- Annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
- Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges).
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
Pay Range
The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00.
