Operations Lead - PT

Key Roles And Responsibilities

• Performs all store opening, closing, and Front-End processes, ensuring accurate and timely execution and operational readiness.
• Provides troubleshooting, conditioning, and housekeeping while ensuring building, assets, and team member security.
• Collaborates with the Operations Manager to maximize staffing effectiveness, supporting traffic, sales, and the customer experience.
• Coordinates daily/weekly zone workload, assigns tasks, and ensures all tasks are completed efficiently and timely.
• Supports the store team in areas such as customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, loss prevention expense control, and customer experience.
• Trains, coaches, plans, monitors, and appraises results to drive productivity.
• Communicates and teaches/train topics that support the customer experience through daily interactions and team huddles.
• Processes freight, sorts, and stocks products on shelves, including down stocking and end cap maintenance.

Qualifications And Competencies

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs. as well as to move merchandise around the warehouse-format store routinely.
• Able to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms; stand or walk for prolonged periods of time; bend, climb, and reach at times.
• Able to work independently and within a team, with strong attention to detail.
• Works effectively as an ethical and honest role model, creating a sense of urgency, promoting teamwork, and motivating self and team to accomplish objectives.
• Comprehends, trains, develops, motivates, and leads in a manner that fosters a smart & scrappy, safe, and fun work environment.
• Flexible and creative with the ability to handle multiple tasks where priorities may shift with the demands of the business.
