Operations Lead - PT

Key Roles And Responsibilities

• Performs all store opening, closing, and Front-End processes, ensuring accurate and timely execution and operational readiness.
• Provides troubleshooting, conditioning, and housekeeping while ensuring building, assets, and team member security.
• Collaborates with the Assistant Store Manager to maximize staffing effectiveness that supports traffic, sales, and the customer experience.
• Coordinates daily/weekly zone workload and assigns tasks to deliver on store, department, sales goals, guest engagement, etc.
• Supports the store team in areas of customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, loss prevention expense control, and customer experience.
• Trains, coaches, plans, monitors, and appraises results to drive productivity.
• Leverages daily interactions and team huddles to communicate and teach/train topics that support the customer experience.
• Participates in all freight processes for incoming freight and/or transitions.
• Processes freight, sorts and stocks products on shelves, including down stocking and end cap maintenance, while maintaining a neat, clean, and organized store.

Qualifications And Competencies

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
• Works a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Lifts a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lifts 100 lbs. as well as moves merchandise around the warehouse-format store routinely.
• Uses hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls; reaches with hands and arms; stands or walks for prolonged periods of time; bends, climbs, and reaches at times.
• Works independently and within a team.
• Strong attention to detail, e.g., standards, processes, marketing, etc.
• Behaves ethically and honestly, creating a sense of urgency; promoting teamwork; delegating appropriately; motivating self and team to accomplish objectives.
• Timely and thorough execution.
• Comprehends, trains, develops, motivates, and leads in a manner that fosters a smart & scrappy, safe, and fun work environment.
• Handles multiple tasks where priorities shift with the demands of the business.
