Operations Laborer- Housekeeping

Position Summary

We value in-person collaboration with colleagues. This is a fully onsite position where employees are expected to work their specific work schedule onsite. The ideal candidate must have the skills or experience in cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, breakrooms, tables, floors, and offices. Must have good communication skills and be willing to work with others. Must have a working knowledge of chemicals and how to safely use them.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting
  • Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
  • Dispose of trash from bins and containers
  • Scrub sinks and toilets
  • Dust and polish furniture and room accessories as needed
  • Vacuum rugs and carpets
  • Clean windows, glass surfaces, mirrors, and counters as needed
  • Maintain all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products; ensure safe and sanitary storage and care of products
  • Report repairs and replacements needed when encountered
  • Fill out and turn in housekeeping logs
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience You’ll Bring

  • Minimum education required
  • Minimum years of experience required
  • Good communication skills
  • Good physical health to perform job duties
  • Must be able to lift 30lbs
  • This position will require standing and constant movement for much of the shift
  • Must be able to work in production environments
  • Ensure Food Safety, Legality and Quality of all products

The pay for this role ranges from $15.35- $16.17 annually and is based on position responsibilities and geographic location. Actual pay within this range may be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and/or other determining factors.
