Responsibilities

• Assist the Facility Crew Chief with maintenance and housekeeping.
• Fill open positions during absences, which may involve nights and weekends.
• Learn all positions at the facility and cover vacations, call‑offs, medical leaves, or any other absence.
• Perform general maintenance and housekeeping when not covering a position, including landscaping, painting, cleaning, equipment work, pipeline tasks, control room work, daily inventory records, and other assigned tasks.
• Complete all required training for the Magnolia facility.
• Travel to other facilities as needed to assist.
• Follow established safety practices and participate in drills and inspections.
• Undertake special projects as directed by the Facility Manager or Facility Crew Chief.

Note: This role is not office‑based; candidates should enjoy working outdoors in various weather conditions. Employment offer is contingent upon a pre‑employment drug test, background check, and MVR.

Requirements

• Mechanically inclined, able to work effectively with hand tools and in good physical condition.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Ability to complete required documentation and basic computer skills.
• Good communication skills for interacting with co‑workers and outside parties.
• Self‑motivated, able to take direction and complete assigned tasks with limited supervision.
• Flexibility regarding schedule and willingness to work in all types of weather conditions.
