Multiple Positions Available:

Responsibilities

  • Independently deliver cross-functional projects of high quality (on-time, on-budget, maintainable, low-defects).
  • Partner with project managers and external vendors to set project priorities, establish milestones, and drive schedules.
  • Influence technical documentation content, perform documentation review, and dive deep into system layouts and solutions.
  • Represent system and/or equipment designs to both customers and other teams.
  • Communicate project status, answer detailed project questions, and produce clear summaries for leadership/management team.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with vendors, engineers, managers, and peers.
  • Participate in design reviews and support execution efforts between internal teams and outside vendors, including equipment specifications, material flow, process design, and site layout.
  • Manage budget documents, change order controls, purchase orders, and invoicing efficiently.
  • Build strong relationships with FC/SC leadership and their operations teams across multiple sites, including Launch, Facilities, Finance, Safety, Process Engineers, and other business stakeholders.
  • Identify and lead process improvement initiatives in support of operations teams within a geographic node.
  • Up to 75% domestic travel may be required.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Civil or Biological) or a related field with three years of experience in the job offered, or as a Project Engineer, Process Engineer, Project Manager, Manufacturing Engineer, or a related occupation.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Civil or Biological) or a related field with seven years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or as a Project Engineer, Process Engineer, Project Manager, Manufacturing Engineer, or a related occupation as equivalent to a Master's degree and three years of experience.
  • Three years of experience in managing the lifecycle of cross-functional projects.
  • Three years of experience in implementing automated equipment or integrated systems.
  • Three years of experience using CAD software including AutoCAD, REVIT, or BIM 360.

Qualifications

3) using CAD software including AutoCAD, REVIT, or BIM 360.

Benefits

(40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $144477 - $161700)

Pay

The pay range for this position in Seattle, WA is $144477 - $161700 (yr); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Schedule

A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
