About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Operations Director to join our team in Greater Tennessee. As a cornerstone of our community-focused agency, you will play a crucial role in empowering our sales team and driving strategic growth.

Responsibilities

• Empower the sales team and drive strategic growth
• Nurture talent and cultivate lasting relationships with both colleagues and clients
• Lead and inspire a team of insurance sales agents to achieve targeted goals
• Develop and implement strategies to develop new business
• Assess team performance and provide continuous feedback to improve overall productivity
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for business expansion
• Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the team remains knowledgeable about the latest trends in insurance sales

Requirements

• Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in sales or people management with a strong track record of success.
• Licensing: Must hold or be able to obtain an active Tennessee property, casualty, life, and health insurance license's.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective client and team interactions.
• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a successful sales team.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills for making informed decisions and devising sales strategies.
• Customer-Focused: A dedication to providing exemplary customer service and understanding client needs.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to develop new business.
• Performance Monitoring: Assess team performance and provide continuous feedback to improve overall productivity.
