What you’ll do
- Play a key role within the operations team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering reliable, high-quality support to customers.
- Work closely with Bonalive colleagues, hospital staff, and distributors to ensure efficient processes and strong customer relationships.
Your role
As a Commercial Operations Coordinator at Bonalive Inc., you will own and manage core operational processes that support our commercial success in the US. You will act as a central point of contact for customers and partners while ensuring that internal processes are executed accurately and efficiently. This role offers significant ownership from day one, direct reporting to the COO, and the opportunity to grow into broader operational responsibilities as the company expands.
Your main tasks and responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact point for sales managers and hospitals, supporting them with questions, issues, and product-related matters.
- Own the end-to-end order-to-delivery process, including orders, deliveries, invoicing, and inventory management in Oracle NetSuite (ERP).
- Organize and coordinate educational surgical courses and events together with healthcare professionals.
What we expect from you
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1–3 years of professional experience in a similar role within the Healthcare industry
- Prior experience with enterprise software (e.g., NetSuite or QuickBooks)
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a structured and detail-oriented way
- High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism as well as strong teamwork skills

Practical information
- Location: La Jolla, California
- The expected salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 USD per year. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
- Health insurance: 75% of employee-only premium covered by company
- Start date: August – October 2026 (negotiable)
