Operations Assistant NF-02.
Duties
Affords management support by adhering to operational protocols. Manages cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and security. Monitors facility usage and security. Prepares daily operational reports. Assists in event setup and bar/cashier duties. Completes activity logs and fire safety inspections. Maintains inventory levels and places/receives orders.
Requirements
Direct Deposit and Social Security Card required. One-year probationary period may apply. Background checks necessary. May require Tier 1 background investigation and Common Access Card. Must lift up to 20 pounds. Night shift differential pay authorized.
Qualifications
- Two-page resume required, with relevant experience, skills, and knowledge highlighted.
- Must meet state/local age requirements for serving alcohol.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proven experience in handling cash items and serving alcoholic beverages.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
