About the role

This position oversees facility operations and personnel performance, ensuring smooth daily procedures and special events. Duties include enforcing operational standards, conducting inventory checks, managing food and beverage orders, attending to customer orders, operating a cash register, assisting in the kitchen and with leagues and open bowling, and providing information on services and assisting with marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains operational standards by ensuring staff follow schedules, training requirements, and certifications.
  • Conducts inventory checks and places/receives food and beverage orders.
  • Completes Daily Activity Reports.
  • Takes care of customer orders and ensures guest satisfaction.
  • Operates a cash register and assists in the kitchen and with leagues and open bowling.
  • Serves alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic beverages as per customer orders.
  • Provides information on services offered and assists with marketing efforts.
  • Performs opening/closing procedures for the facility.

Requirements

  • Direct Deposit and Social Security Card required.
  • One-year probationary period may be required.
  • Satisfactory completion of E-Verify check.
  • Satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks, including a Tier 1 background investigation.
  • Able and willing to work days, nights, weekends, and special events as needed.

Qualifications

  • Two-page resume required.
  • Relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and abilities demonstrated in the resume.
  • Must have progressively responsible duties in cash item receipt, disbursement, examination, deposit, custody, or other processing.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
