Operations Analyst T3

This role is fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Subject matter expert regarding reporting related to consumption, usage, adoption, and cACV.
• Support business partners with trends in consumption and identify risks and opportunities related to renewals, churn, and expansion.
• Identify data gaps or inconsistencies in consumption and usage reporting.
• Partner with upstream teams (e.g., systems, analytics, ops) to improve data quality and reporting reliability.
• Act as a point of contact for sales and field questions related to consumption, reporting, and performance.
• Provide data‑backed answers to ad‑hoc questions from Sales Leadership, Customer Success, and Revenue Leadership.
• Document answers to frequently asked questions to share with the broader team.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Analytics.
• Hands‑on experience with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with consumption, usage, adoption, or usage‑based revenue models.
• Strong ability to communicate insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments.
