About the Role
This is a long-term contract opportunity (12 months+) for a Technology Operations Analyst. The role is hybrid and located in Irving, TX; Chandler, AZ; Charlotte, NC; or Columbus, OH. You will work within the Security teams, collaborating with Database Administrators and Application groups to provision access for end users across various lines of business.
Responsibilities
- Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Technology Operations and contribute to large-scale planning related to Technology Operations deliverables.
- Review and analyze moderately complex Technology Operations challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Technology Operations deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with client personnel in Technology Operations.
- Provision access to end users for various lines of business within the company.
- Work closely with Database Administrators and Application groups to determine the appropriate level of access for users.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Technology Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
- At least 2+ years of experience provisioning access (e.g., creating users, deleting users, granting privileges) on one or more of the following platforms: Oracle, SQL, Teradata, PostgreSQL, Yugabyte, or DB2.
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Service Now, ART, Remedy, or Pac2000.
- Experience working in a customer service-focused environment.
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting technical issues.
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing demands.
- Personal cell phone required; may participate in on-call rotations as needed.
Skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
