About the role

As an Operational Support Associate at SIXT, you will be central to our rental operations. Your responsibilities include:

  • Guiding customers through vehicle options, protection packages, and add-ons to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Serving customers throughout their rental journey, ensuring satisfaction, collecting feedback, and maintaining high service standards.
  • Overseeing fleet operations, including vehicle readiness, inventory management, coordination with service partners, and preparation for rental or disposal.
  • Maintaining vehicle cleanliness, performing routine checks, and assisting with driving and staging to ensure fleet efficiency and presentation.
  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory, service updates, and customer interactions while collaborating across teams to support daily operations and planning.

You will deliver exceptional rental experiences by:

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • An age of at least 18 years old, authorization to work in the U.S., and a valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage logistics, schedule tasks, and document information effectively.
  • A strong background in customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or hospitality.
  • Basic computer proficiency to navigate internal systems.

Pay

The hourly rate is $22.50.
