About the role

Ryder is seeking individuals passionate about the transportation and logistics industry. The Customer Service Coordinator role offers hands-on training in managing a heavy-duty truck repair shop while learning to develop a robust career in this field.

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality customer interface and proactive customer management
  • Coordinate with the rental department to maximize utilization
  • Partner with Sales staff on customer calls for new business and increased customer satisfaction
  • Manage running costs and maintenance overheads
  • Ensure policy and processes are followed to optimize running costs and maintenance overhead
  • Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure accurate PM scheduling and follow up, breakdowns and vehicle status updates; oversee Technician work planning for efficiency, training, and flexibility

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • One (1) year or more customer service with issues resolution experience preferred

Pay

The minimum and maximum pay range for this position is $60,000 per year.

Schedule

This position operates on a 1st shift schedule, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm.
