About the role
Ryder is seeking individuals passionate about the transportation and logistics industry. The Customer Service Coordinator role offers hands-on training in managing a heavy-duty truck repair shop while learning to develop a robust career in this field.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer interface and proactive customer management
- Coordinate with the rental department to maximize utilization
- Partner with Sales staff on customer calls for new business and increased customer satisfaction
- Manage running costs and maintenance overheads
- Ensure policy and processes are followed to optimize running costs and maintenance overhead
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure accurate PM scheduling and follow up, breakdowns and vehicle status updates; oversee Technician work planning for efficiency, training, and flexibility
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- One (1) year or more customer service with issues resolution experience preferred

Pay
The minimum and maximum pay range for this position is $60,000 per year.
Schedule
This position operates on a 1st shift schedule, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm.
