Operation Assistant - Dallas

About the Role

This position involves supporting logistics operations by assisting in receiving, dispatching, inspecting, handling, and stocking inbound products. The role includes managing returns, coordinating shipment pickups, and communicating with delivery drivers and other departments. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, dispatching, inspecting, handling, and stocking inbound products
• Manage returns and coordinate shipment pickups
• Communicate with delivery drivers and other departments
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
• Promote safe work practices
• Conduct daily cycle counts
• Prepare weekly reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Moderate computer skills for report data collection
• Strong communication abilities
• Demonstrated responsibility and adherence to supervision

While relevant experience is preferred, training is provided for all skills.

Schedule

• Morning shift: 6AM–2PM
• Night shift: 4PM–12AM
• Late night shift: 10PM–6AM
