Requirements
- Leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule and the ability to work nights and weekends.
- Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate-owned restaurants.
Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor shifts to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for their shift.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Manage inventory and daily maintenance.
- Train and supervise the crew.
- Meet and exceed departmental targets.
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
