About the role

As a Store Manager, you will manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer receives an unforgettable experience with custom-fit solutions for their hair and beauty needs. You will oversee all store operations, including meeting or exceeding sales goals, maintaining budgets, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory. You will also ensure compliance with safety and security rules, Company policies, and maintain store presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team-oriented environment to drive results and associate growth.
• Manage store operations, including financial and performance management.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and a personalized shopping experience.
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety and security procedures.
• Lift and move moderately heavy items (up to 25 lbs) as needed, occasionally using a ladder.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience.
• 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.

Working Conditions

• Long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, and reaching.
• Recurring lifting of moderately heavy items (e.g., shipment or record boxes).
• Exposure to moving parts, carts, or machines, and occasional irritant chemicals or fumes.
