About the role

Seeking Customer Service Representatives to support a healthcare organization's Open Enrollment period. This role involves handling high-volume inbound calls from members regarding healthcare eligibility, benefits, and coverage.

Location: Baltimore Metro Area (onsite in Elkridge, MD). Start date: 10/19. Position type: Contract.

Responsibilities

• Answer member inquiries regarding healthcare eligibility and coverage.
• Research and interpret information across multiple systems.
• Provide accurate, professional, and courteous customer service.
• Meet established quality and productivity goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of healthcare customer service experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Proficiency with Windows-based computer systems
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment

Pay

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00 per hour.

Schedule

Assigned shift of either 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
