Responsibilities Manage a book of business consisting of commercial accounts of varying sizes.Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Quote new and renewal business as needed.Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management.Utilize AMS360 software for account management and documentation.Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in commercial and personal lines insurance preferred.Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is highly desirable.Soft Skills:Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to client needs.Commitment to maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
